We also carry out careful Soft Strip in conjunction with or without asbestos removal up to the point where we can completely strip out a building to the structural shell, including deplanting redundant mechanical, lifts, and electrical services from vertical service risers and sub surface service ducts, and basements. (Our operatives are confined space trained).

It may be that we have to work around ‘live’ mechanical services (subject to Risk Assessment). This efficiently provides a more flawless operation for the main contractor by not having to employ an additional “strip out” sub-contractor, as well as increasing time and money efficiency for the project management. All our Soft Strip Operatives hold CSCS cards and have Asbestos Awareness training.

Within our team, we directly employ a number of tradesmen that gives us the ability to carry out ‘Making good’ type activities, including tasks like blocking up fully, or partially window/door apertures, construction internal stud walls, plastering etc.
